I tried this and it was awesome. I can tell you put a lot of thought into this one Gary. The amount of volume is perfect and I definitely got a vicious pump. Currently I am doing a full body workout on Mon and Fri then shoe horning this in on Wednesdays! I was able to get it done in about 50 mins!

Hey Gary I’ve lifting since the first of the year. Made significant gains in losing weight and have been watching my calorie intake. Eating healthier. Three times a day and nothing after six o’clock. My meals usually include fasting til after my morning workout then a protein shake right after my workout. Then a lunch including some protein & carbs. Then for dinner some more protein, vegetables & more carbs. First off, does that seem like a good meal plan? My other question revolves around my lifting. I was working two body parts a day 4 times a week. My question is do recommend sticking to what I’ve been doing or doing full body workouts using H I T workouts programs four too five times a week. The high intensity workouts seem to help me slim down better because I’m getting good cardio in it too. But I’m not lifting as much as I can when doing the HIT because there usually five minute durations with no break so my weight is lighter. Not sure which way is better for me, can you help me! Sorry for the long spew just trying to explain it well. Thank you Brother! 💪🏻

You don’t rely on natural ways to promote test naturally. Be honest trt is not a natural way to do this! Be honest. I started trt 2 years ago after training for 40 years consistently . Wow do I look and feel better than ever . The only thing I have changed is getting on trt.

Hey Gary - because of my prostate cancer my urologist advises me not to do the TRT. It’s great to hear about the natural ways to improve testosterone levels. Your advice is spot on. God bless you, sir.

Excellent information Gary. Aside from having a whole food diet, When I am training my legs hard I really feel like the test in my body ramps up. To anyone out there that wants to feel better, don't skip leg day!

Another great video, Gary. I'm 55 with low T, trying to raise it. I'm a first responder, that work nights 4 on 5 off. So, quality sleep I struggle with. I'm able to strength train 3 to 4 times a week. I have a total gym, free weights, and an adjustable bench. My diet is petty good, i log my food on Carb Manager. Daily protein intake targets could be improved. Thanks for these tips, Gary. I appreciate your help. God Bless!🙏❤

A few years ago, my Test came back around 250. I discussed this with my Urologist, we talked about TRT. He put me on Chlomid instead. I'm 66 years old and just had a blood test this week...my "T" came back at 425 and the dreaded "E"strogen came back at 20, both in the "norm" range I was told. The only thing I'm not doing well in is the sleep, I'm up numerous times to go to the bathroom...I am taking Flowmax and it's helping a little.

Clomid can be an effective alternative to TRT for some men. It's encouraging that your estrogen levels are also in a normal range. As I stated in the video, sleep is crucial for overall health and testosterone production, so addressing those nighttime interruptions is important. Besides Flowmax, consider these tips to improve sleep: Limit fluids in the evening: Try to reduce your fluid intake a few hours before bed. Empty your bladder before sleep: Ensure you go to the bathroom right before you go to bed. Other than that, keep up the great work!

Good stuff in this video to live by. But I really like your high intensity workout videos me and my wife are doing some of your high intensity workouts now we really like to hit our weight training in 30 to 45 minutes and we hit 9 to 12 set's really hard.

100%, Randy! I’ve talked to several men recently about their health and their circumstances, and I’m blown away by the excuses, pessimism, and self doubt. There is a massive difference in men today compared to men 20 years ago. I want to help as much as I can but men need to step in front of their fears and take action!
Totally agree. We’re living in a world full of Marshmallows. I grew up the same way. You stood up and rolled your shoulders back and chest out and held yourself with proudness. It didn’t matter what creed, race, religion, age, etc. it’s just the way it was and needs to be taught again. We have to take two steps backwards in order to go forward. Sad really. I remember when I use to party and drink and was a wild man. I didn’t have a problem picking a fight or telling some guy to his face what I thought. Won some and lost some. It’s like the old saying if you’re gonna go out and party with boys tonight you better get up and go to work with the men in the morning. Lol. I’m all about compassion and love but what is out in the world right now is pitiful. That’s my .02 cents coach. A bit harsh but it’s true.
